Just went to this dealer for a 2014 Hyundai very good pricing and very good mileage i had stated I already had my finances covered and still was asked about 10 times if they can check my credit for better rate which I know I wouldnt get I said no several times then they gave me a whited out title to give to my bank to release finances my bank prestige knew this would happen so I can get denied by the bank that I wanted to use and tried to stage its their privacy policy which clearly states they will release information to offer their products and services but they say no they dont because its all a scam who doesnt give info on a title for a used car ridiculous if you dont finance through them they try every trick in the book they have their cars at very low rates so you can finance through them get a high percentage rate and they will make their money back that way because the percentage would be so high they would make back the money all a scam the sales person was rude and got very nasty on the phone very disgusting company and scammers DO NOT GO HERE they will try every trick to get more money from trying to get you to add an extra 1500 for warranty STAY AWAY !!!!!!

I bought my car here and I love it, but I was told when I bought it by the two different people at the dealership that I was going to get free 3 months of sirius xm radio. The first day I got the car I had sirius and within two days of having it was gone, so I called Prestige and they basically admitted that they lied and that my type of car doesnt come with sirius xm for free three months which was a bit disappointing. Also my car was supposed to come with a manual on it so I could know all the information on my car. The dealership told me they were going to give me the manual, but when I left the dealership they gave me no manual. I called the dealership to get one they said theyd call me back about it, I never got a call back. So after two weeks of going back and forth through phone tag with them they told me they had the manual all along and just forgot to tell me that they had it. I am a disappointed with my experience, but Im thankful that all is well with my car at least.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Trying to get in touch with somebody from here is nearly impossible after they have your money and they give you the run around. I left a deposit on a car so they could hold it for me and was told they would refund it a day or 2 after i picked up the car. I picked up the car a week ago, still nothing. Tried calling multiple times, left multiple answers and still no answer back. Looks like ill be taking the hour trip back up to the dealership to get an answer. Mind you, the 1st time i went to go pick up the car they had all the paper work wrong and ended up not being able to get the car that day, after they already transferred my plates from my old car. So i had to go all the way back the next day when everything was fixed. Totally unorganized.

BEST Car Buying Experience EVER !!!! I recently purchased a new Hyundai Santa Fe from Prestige Hyundai in Kingston. My salesperson Susan Crews, managers Mark and Brian were all great to deal with. Susan was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained all the features on my new Santa Fe. I just cant say enough, they were all awesome. Susan even took the time to introduce me to the service manager and a few others. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. It was an awesome experience and I LOVE my new car!!! I highly recommend Prestige Hyundai to all my family members and friends.

Ill start off by saying that our salesman Josh was very professional and accommodating. However, the sales manager Mark was rude and absolutely unprofessional. He lost a sale due to his attitude and unwillingness to work with us and because of him we will never set foot in this dealership again. We ended up going to Danbury Hyundai where we were treated with respect and made a purchase because they were willing to work with us.

Not only are the prices low but the service is Amazing. Joe Rodelli and Kristen Morrell were amazing from start to finish. It was a quick and easy process, Lauren worked hard on our financing and had us in our new car within a day! Everyone was super helpful and very informative. All of our questions were answered and we love our Santa Fe! I recommend anyone In the market for a car to go to Prestige, you wont be disappointed.

This was by far the best car buying experience Ive ever had. I have purchased somewhere around 20 cars in my lifetime. No hard sell, no "what if I do this"? "Can I get you to buy it?" "How about a deposit to hold it for you?" Gerry Fraenkel was the difference. He made it easy for me to make a decision. Explained everything about the car. Gave me a great deal. To date, I have purchased two vehicles from Prestige Hyundai and never had any serious problems with either and I am considering a third.. My last service visit was for a recall issued by Hyundai to fix a possible power steering failure. This was corrected by the service department at Prestige Hyundai quickly and efficiently.
