Service was horrible. Very unprofessional. Out of every Meineke I have every visited this place is the worst. My first visit. I was asked to come back because the specialist was not in for my problem, so I came back the next day. I was asked to come back in a few hour. So that I did only to find three guys on one other car sitting. I informed them I would have to come back and ever since that day, I can never get in successfully to see a mechanic either its the wrong day for various reasons or I am to late in the day, mind you I have not showed up later than 9:00. Yesterday I was told I should have come at 8am. I have never been asked to come in before eight before this day in fact the last time I made an appointment online in which 9am was the scheduled time. The service person informed me they dont go by that schedule. Also the owner who must have called me several times to reschedule seemed to have rendered all control to his employees.

I had a noise establish when the engine was in idle. I took my car in. I met the manager who was able to diagnose the problem within 30 seconds and told me crank case was not properly ventilated and I needed a new valve cover. The problem was fixed and he gave me amazing PRICE!!. The car has no rough idle or noise anymore. Manager was able to explain me all the work done on the car when I picked it up. He is very thorough explaining the work done or it might need in near future. I hope these guys do very well with their business and keep on providing honest and trustworthy services. I am lucky to have them in town.

i like this shop and got a discount coupon in the mail recently. and then i went to the shop and it was closed for renovation (my luck of course) so i called the number to see when they would reopen and they told me they would honor my coupon at their other location in elizabeth. and the best part is, that the manager on the phone not only was willing to honor the coupon but he actually gave me an additional "loyalty discount" and hey, who can pass that up right? so i got good service and a good deal. you get my vote brakeorama! ~

I cannot say enough good about how great this place is. I took my Ford Fusion there to have it checked out before I had to have the emissions tested and they not only solved the problem, but they saved me a lot of money. Exceptional customer service! I never once feel that they are trying to upsell me or take advantage. I very much recommend this place to everyone!!

Go here see manny he will hook you up fair guy and looks to help you the owner who stands over his shoulder is a piece of crap and has no respect for the work manny and his crew if it was not for manny i never go here if you see a silver odyssey in the parking go back when it is not there that is the owner car

Finally found a trustworthy auto repair shop that doesnt leave you feeling like youve been robbed after a repair. My son found this place and Im glad he did. Service here is honest and fast. This is the shop that I will be recommending to anyone in the future and definitely where I will be going.

Ive had two recent appointments at Meineke car care. One for front brakes and rotors and the second to replace a headlight. Customer service and work done was excellent. Ill continue to use Meineke for all my automotive needs.
