Ive been there enough times to legitimize my review...and Im finally done, Ill never go back. The place is annoying every time you go due to the incessant up-selling. You cant get out of there without being told you need a new air filter, new wipers, new fluids, tire rotations, and a top dollar oil filter...every time. If that was all, Id deal with it, as annoying as that is its one of the few spots that doesnt require an appointment. BUT, the last time I was there I agreed to the tire rotation, and left with my steering wheel jiggling like mad since now the tires were unbalanced. When I went back they just said they didnt have a balancing machine. How in the hell can you offer to rotate tires and not be able to balance them?! That is plain stupid. But it gets worse. Because Im a cheap sucker when I got the card in the mail for $10 off the next oil change I sent my wife in there to take care of her car..I warned her to say NO to everything they offered, but she went for the air filter (she never listens). She drove out of there and the car broke down less than 10 miles away. To their credit - and this is the only good thing I can say about them - they sent someone out right away who both knew about about cars AND was very nice to my wife. It turns out they put the wrong damn filter in the car. How the F can you screw that up? To make amends they gave my wife a free next oil change and some free car washes. They said they wouldnt refund the oil change because "there was nothing wrong with the oil change." Are you Fing kidding me?! My wife is 7 months pregnant for gods sake and her car broke down on a bridge! I wouldnt let those moronies clean my wheels....completely done.

They perhaps messed up my car, but at least fixed it for free. Got an inspection here yesterday, and was told I needed some bulb replaced, so I agreed to that... That same night, 3 hours later, I was pulled over for having both my headlight and taillight out on the passenger side. To the best of my knowledge, those lights were working before I brought my car in. They did not claim responsibility for causing the problem; however, since it was something they should have spotted during the inspection if it actually hadnt been working, they offered to fix it for free. My initial 1 star rating after being pulled over, averaged with my 5 star rating of being given the benefit of the doubt and having the problem fixed for free, makes for the overall 3 star rating.

NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE! they were messing around with my engine taking stuff off and checking things i didnt ask them too , saw someone say oh Sh** idk what i did, they claim they did nothing. i was told by many dont go to jiffy lube to get your oil change, half the time they dont put in a new filter, i took my car to get a oil change, what do u know... leaking oil when my car was fine before that... SMH They arnt there to work, theyre just there for there pay checks find someone who wants to do a real job. I Want to contact someone about this, i may have to put a lot of money into my vehicle because people dont know how to work on vws properly.

I when for a detail interior wash and the individual broke my seat motor and tried to cover it up like it never happen. These guys are a rip off, they do not know about responsibility and customer service.

Excellent service .. clean and friendly waiting room .. be sure to check for discount coupons on line.. usually $15 off synthetic oil and $5-10 on traditional .. I live in New Paltz and worth the drive ..

If you find the appropriate coupon it can be the same price as do it yourself without getting filthy, but they try to upsell you
