This is the second time I used them and will NEVER use them again. I had so many problems. First they said the repair would take a week. It took a month. When I went to pick up the car they said the owner accidentally took the key home. While inspecting the car I noticed a number of small dents on the trunk hood which they had no idea how it happened but were very quick to agree to fix it at no charge. This took another 3 days. When I finally got it home, the door handle didnt work. I brought it to the dealer for repair and they told me that someone had previously worked on the door because the cable was disconnected and the vapor seal was broken. There is no doubt in my mind that someone at Denville Bear had locked the key in the car and they had to do something to the door to get the key out. If one week means one month to you and you dont mind being jerked around then Denville Bear is the place for you. If you are looking for a place to deliver when they say they will and be up front at all times, this is not the place for you. I DO NOT recommend this shop.

I got a reasonable estimate and the job took 3 days so I rented a car (Enterprise will pick you up from Bear). They called after the day the car was due to say that after the rear bumper was replaced someone bumped into it. They offered to take 100 off or they would pay for a rental during the next week. I looked at the car and could not even see what they were talking about. The initial price was 1267 but in the end they asked me for 1K. The car looks brand new and they even cleaned out the interior too. Very happy with them - used them before this and will use them again!

I am surprised about the negative reviews. I have been using them for over 15 years. I have had several cars replaced there and have nothing but great things to say. The timing was some times longer than expected but they always kept me in the loop with what was happening. I have most recently had my wifes Infiniti QX60 replaced and they matched the pearl white perfectly which is no easy task. They also repaired my Toyota Tundra last year and it looks great. Excellent experience. My insurance company recommended several but this was the closest to where I live and less than a mile from the car rental company who picked me up right at the Denville Bear and Body Shop door. Everyone was highly professional which took the anxiety out of a terrible experience. They spoke directly to my insurance company and handled all the paperwork. Great gal behind the desk who was very sweet and helpful. Thanks to all. Pat

All Mine Virgin Hair

The company is horrible. Took my car there a few months ago and the workmanship was just awful. They fixed my bumper, then within 2 weeks late the bumper fell off in the middle of the road. I do not recommend using them. And I realized from this experience never use any recommendation from your insurance company. Do your research and find a quality repair shop, bc this company was just the worst.

Worked on my Kia a few months back and did an absolutely amazing job. Thoughtful, considerate and extremely helpful! Did AMAZING work on my car, could not tell what so ever that it was repaired and even gave it a full detail at the end. Thanks guys!
