My youngest son is special needs and a couple of years ago I attended his schools biggest fundraiser and noticed that Terrys Auto Body had donated a detail service. I kept that in the back of my mind and said to myself if I ever needed any auto body work done I will give them a shot since they donated to my sons school fundraiser. Last year my older son got into his first car accident with his VW Jetta and recently I just was in an accident with my Honda CRV. After I picked up my sons car and seen the kind of work they do I knew right then I would never take my cars anywhere else but there. I just picked up my CRV today and once again an excellent job,. You can not beat the service either from the receptionist up. They keep you informed every step of the way. I wouldnt take my cars anyplace else and highly recommend them to anyone that needs a body shop. Thanks again Terrys!!

Went in here for an estimate. They overestimated the effort and were trying to charge me 400$ more than the fair price. When I questioned them about the high estimate and asked if I could buy the parts online and if they would go ahead and fit it, the manager started cooking all kinds of stories that I need to replace this and that and what not. I could catch the lies in his eye so I decided to take my business elsewhere. In the end I am glad because I saved around 450$ by doing my work elsewhere. In the store, I saw that most of their customers are old people so they are perhaps used to taking people for a "ride" by recommending unnecessary changes and overestimating the hourly effort. This is not a trustworthy place so please avoid it.

I have had repairs done here twice over the last couple of year, and they have always been great. I can honestly trust their estimates and service. They work great with the insurance companies and arrange for my rental car. Really dont have a single complaint.

Great the first time I went. Loaner car free. Great work & services on subsequent visits but they dont have loaner car unless you schedule in advance. A bit pricey. But fast reliable work.
