Simply Self Storage may simply be one of the best storage facilities around Monmouth County. They keep all the building(s) annd the unit(s) very clean and the staff is extremely pleasant and sociable/ approachable. Ive been to far too many other storage facilities where the staff acted as if I or any other customer(s) were ruining their day because we forced them to get up to give us the tour and bring us to the unit.One of the best thing is the onsight mover(s) who are eager to lend a hand to any costumer who is having a bit of trouble getiting one of their larger piece(s) of furniture or what have you in or out of your unit(s). Also the have excellent prices plus the first months free and in need of boxes? Well you are in the right place because they sell them on sight. Now that is A+ service and always with a smile. Two Thumbs Up!! :)

Nothing but 5 stars!! Courtney is fabulous!! She is helpful, friendly, and very accommodating to the customers needs. She returns phone calls right away, and fixes any and all issues that come about. Ive never experienced such great customer service at a storage facility!! The facility is very clean, and very safe and secure. I would never consider anywhere else to store my things!! And the pricing is better than the surrounding storage facilities, not to mention the convenience of the location!! Thank you Courtney for all of your help!!

We went here to look at a unit for my husbands work tools. The girl who showed us around, Chelsey, knew the place like the back of her hand! She knew all the answers to our questions. The units were immaculate. The hours of this place are convenient for my husbands varied work schedule. I felt like our stuff would definitely be safe here. Looks like we found ourselves our new storage unit!

Great experience here!!! Fair pricing! Staff works efficiently and is very accommodating. Dont remember the name of the first representative I dealt with but Vicky was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to anybody for storage needs.
