Things got off to a slightly shaky start when I originally received my U-Boxes; mainly because it was unclear as to exactly how theyd be delivered (left on a trailer vs. set on the ground w/ forklift). Nothing that a few phone calls to Dawn/Devon couldnt handle. Between Dawn and Devon, I felt completely taken care of. I knew that when they told me something, that was the truth (not always what Ive felt when dealing with other stores). Dawn and Devon more than accommodated my challenging situation of picking up my U-Boxes at separate times, keeping multiple trailers, and so on. Thanks again, Dawn and Devon! I really appreciate your help and you should be commended for your customer service.

This place over delivered. We started with 4 u pods, ended with 6. The staff there was great. Dawn took care of us ever step of the way over multiple day... Made sure pods were ready every time... Loaded and unloaded quickly, they didnt miss a beat. My wife had an issue with the pricing I agreed to and without any back and forth they adjusted the price.... This location has great customer service

Great service in delivering our U-boxes after a long distance move to NJ. Devan was professional, friendly and delivered our boxes in a timely manner.
