Second to Kearny, the Englishtown NJ station is one of the worse to deal with if you are a small business. Why? For one main reason. They do not acceptance scan about 70-80% of our packages. On a daily basis, we ship between 10-50 parcels. Whats the big deal? When a customer checks tracking and sees only a label was created, they think we have yet to ship their order. This causes the customer to become curious, and call wanting updates. All of this takes time away from running a successful business. We have addressed this with the postal manager / post master, and at one point they issued us a letter of apology so we could share with our customers. Please USPS...do your job. Without an acceptance scan, we cannot file an insurance claim on a package. Give us our own scanner and we will gladly scan these in for you.

I have to check multiple neighbors mailboxes (on both sides of the road) in order to ensure that I get all my mail. Since multiple pieces of mail have gone lost or missing this is a routine for me now and its just mind boggling that they cannot get the simplest of tasks right! I called to speak to a supervisor and was lucky enough to have him answer the phone. How did he help me? He asked me to call back in 30 minutes so that I can speak to my carrier personally. Not for nothing...... I dont WANT to speak to my carrier personally!! I want my carriers BOSS to speak with him about it so that I can just go on about my business and not have to worry about my mail, like most normal people. This is a nightmare!!

Sometimes I get certified mail , which is supposed to be delivered to the house door (and thats why it costs more). Our mailman does not even bother to bring it to the house. Instead, the mailman just leaves a pink notification" Sorry We Missed You" with information when and where I can pick up my mail. I would not mind to do so, if I would not be home. Today I was home, and actually saw the mail truck through my window, but instead of Certified Mail, I got again a Pink Notification. Today I called the post office to complain (because it happens a lot ), spoke to Joe, who said he will contact the mailman. Very , very poor management. May be the Management should be changed!

The MOST INCOMPETENT (in office) postal workers !!! sent my package THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO GO to "British Columbia , CANADA."... to ENGLAND !!!!! IDIOTS!!! AFTER I WAITED ONLINE FOR AN HOUR AND THEN SPENT A HALF HOUR LABELING THE DAMN PACKAGE !!! THE POSTAL WORKER KEPT TRYING TO TELL ME NOT TO GET INSURANCE TOO !!! THANK GOD !! I DIDNT LISTEN TO HER !!!! EVERY SINGLE ONE IN THAT OFFICE SHOULD BE FIRED !! I SHOULD HAVE RAN OUT OF THERE AFTER HEARING EVERYONE COMPLAINING THAT MORNING ... OH. DID I SAY THERE WAS ONLY 7 PEOPLE ON LINE A HEAD OF ME ??? 1 HOUR !!!! I WAITED!!! TO GET MY PACKAGE LOST!!!!

I placed an order with Amazon for Sunday delivery. No package arrived at my address. On Monday, I began checking other buildings in my condo complex. I found it in the mail room of another building. This is not the first time this has happened. In order to avoid any further issues, I also began to include my building number in my address. Apparently this doesnt matter to the post office. What does it take to get accurate deliveries? I cannot, and should not, have to go on a hunt for my mail/packages when they are delivered incorrectly. Oh, and phone calls to the post office are unanswered.

Cant even fathom the incompetence that takes place at this post office. Every single package I order takes twice as long to get to me because it gets sorted to the wrong route and has to go out for delivery twice. Every time! How does this happen? And I get told "Sorry we missed you! We tried to deliver your package but no one was home". The first time this happened I spoke with the manager and he flat out told me that my package got sorted to the wrong route. So now whenever I see this on my package tracking I assume some dumb-dumb messed up, as they undoubtedly always do...

Worst office in the state of New Jersey. The credentials of one of the supervisors there seems to rank right next to those who graduated from clown college, I will not embarrass her anymore by using her name, but she was absolutely clueless. None of them could find my parcel, it took a week to deliver it to my home when I was told that it got to them in just two days from California, and this was a time sensitive package. What a joke. Fed EX and UPS from now on from this point forward. Goodbye USPS.

WHAT A JOKE. The post office lost my package. I scheduled pick up. On the next day the driver came and picked up the large ~ 18 lbs package. 4 days later there is no tracking activity. The package was never scanned by the driver/post office. Spoke with someone at the post office. They advised to call consumer affairs. Does not even attempt to look for it. Im filing complain with BBB Englishtown postoffice where is my package ????

This place sucks!! Under the tracking updates, they always attempt a delivery and write "notice left." I didnt see a notice on my door. Above all else they claim to deliver sundays and my packages NEVER COME ON TIME. Horrible customer serice too! Just asked a guy over the phone who works there if i can come pick a package up myself and he goes "yea whatever." You people are something else let me tell you.

There seems to ALWAYS be an issue when it comes to delivering my packages. They say that they leave notices yet I never see any. Im home a lot of the time but it seems like once they ring my bell they run off before I can answer it. I see them leave from the window. Im so sick to death of having to deal with this poor excuse of a post office. Now I have to pray that I get my package today.

It took 3 days for a Certified Letter to be delivered from California to Englishtown post office. It took 4 DAYS for the same letter to be delivered to my house ( My house is 1/2 mile from the post office). 07726 Postal Unit is populated by Brainless and Lazy MORONS. I will use FEDEX or UPS next time, at least they are always on time and more responsible for the shipments.

Lived here many years, and this PO becoming progressively worse. Left a large Priority mail package in bin on Sunday night when PO is closed. Post office never scanned the package on Monday. It was not scanned until the 3rd day. Lines can be long and unless you wait online, do not expect your package or letters to be scanned if you leave in the drop box.

This post office is by far the worst Ive ever dealt with. Had a broken cell phone brought there to be shipped to AT&T, and the post office lost it. Luckily we had our receipt showing that the item was scanned in when it was dropped off. Word of advice, if you have anything of value that youre planning on mailing out, DO NOT use this post office.
