I live in East Brunswick, NJ, so for years I only used that office. It was only after I became completely disgusted with the extremely poor service and terrible attitude toward customers that I started doing business with the Milltown post office. The contrast is enormous!! They are sweet, helpful and knowledgeable, even during periods of high usage. I have been telling everyone I know to avoid E Brunswick whenever possible, and use the Milltown NJ post office instead!

Went to the post office to mail my wedding invitations. The man weighed my invitations and told me my postage was "right on the money" and I was "good to go". I come home today to a box of UNSENT INVITATIONS due to NOT ENOUGH POSTAGE. Very unsatisfied customer. Thank you for giving me false information and now delaying my invitations from being sent out A WEEK LATER.

East Brunswick post office was built to far away out on Cranbury road. The majority of people use Miltown post office. Unfortunately there going to shut it down, A HUGE MISTAKE!
