Awful. Nasty, condescending and rude type of service. I was in line and saw a customer being disrespected and then it was my turn to be treated like crap even when I had not spoken ever with this supervisor. The supervisor-is arrogant and needs customer training. She thinks that no one will do anything about this and that she can keep that attitude towards others. I refuse to stand for that. If this is the supervisor, no wonder the others have the attitude too since it is ok to do and act like that. Who are these people? They all need to be fired and replaced by people that really care, are friendly and want to work. So many people unemployed and we have this representing the postal service? Shame on them. My suggestion will be to run this as a regular business where the paying customer matters and is respected accordingly. This is not a free service. We are paying for it. If they dont want to be there then they should be removed and the role given to someone that actually needs the job. So many people that would love to work there and have the benefits. Instead we have people that take it for granted. I dont believe this behavior should be tolerated. I just called another post office and they were so friendly I was very impressed. Maybe they just need customer training but I think it is more than that. It is the attitude that needs to be corrected. I am putting an official complaint with the US postal service and the attorney general to make sure that these type of people are removed from customer facing roles. An investigation is in order and I will not rest till it is completed and this people removed from their offices. Customers should not tolerate this behavior neither should the Postal Service. This is not a free service and we need to make sure this is fixed sooner than later.
