The package delivery person consistently lies about making an attempt in delivering a package. They always say the business is closed when it is not. This happens especially on bad weather days. There are days when we will actually see the delivery truck down the block but they will never make an attempt. An hour later the website is updated with business closed. Very unprofessional. The same person when they do deliver complains about the job. Go figure. This is not slam against the USPS or other fine employees. I have family and close friends working there. The post man the delivers to our home is the best. When I see them I will make an effort in giving a cold bottle of water in the summer.
