USPS indicated by way of text message to my mobile phone that at 2:04pm on July 3, 2017, the postal service agent attempted a delivery and left a notice of that attempt. There was no notice on my condo door, nor was there a notice accidentally affixed to my neighbors door. I checked the surrounding grounds, and there was no notice. I checked my mailbox, which is under lock and key, and there was no notice. I have experienced several of these fabricated notifications from this post office claiming to have delivered a package and/or notice of delivery attempt, and none were true. The service inside the physical location is top-notch, but when it comes to delivery services, this location fails miserably. I wish Amazon would stick with just reliable carriers such as UPS, and refrain from passing delivery to the United States Postal Service. It has become a sad theme that our government in so many facets fails us when it comes time to remit services, services that we pay for, but they never fail when it comes time to take money from our pockets. Theyre always on time, and many times even attempt to take more. Opprobrious.

This place flat out lies about their deliveries. Last week they tried to say they attempted a delivery which was untrue. A. I was home all day, B. online tracking said a note was left which it wasnt. I had to call to figure out what was going on. Now, I have a fedex package that was delivered to the post office this morning. FedEx shows it was delivered and accepted by the post office this morning and was out for delivery by usps-all time stamped! When I called around 11:30 the post office said they had not received anything from FedEx. Worst post office ever!

I would give zero stars if I could. These people are totally inept. EVERY SINGLE package delivery from them is late. EVERY SINGLE one. I pay extra to have things shipped express and these ppl cant ever track it down. Wonder what tracking numbers are for??? Every time something says its out for delivery it gets interrupted and I am forced to wait another day even though I have paid for express delivery. These ppl dont care and dont want to help. They are the most incompetent, useless ppl I have ever come across.

Worst delivery service ever. In case of certified mail, a post man did not visit my house and no message left, because I waited the packet all day long at home. Tracking information say"We attempted to deliver your item at 12:22 pm on xx, x 2017 in xxx, NJ 07728 and a notice was left because an authorized recipient was not available." He did not visit my house and set the record like this. I made a call to local office, a guy got a phone and hang on the phone. Terrerble expereance ever

Poor service i stayed in the house and looked through the window while the mail arrived i was to get a package and the person left a note that no one was at home he or she did not come out of the van and did not ring the door bell because i was right there looking through my window i am home every day, what kind of unreliable lazy people work for USPS in freehold. i guess it was too cold to come out and ring the bell to give me my package.

The worst post office ever, all around....lose packages and admit they remember the package, but they have know idea where they put it?, claim they delivered things on certain dates, you get them, many days later, certified letters, never come, even when you sign to bring them back, such poor service, I can go on and on, Id like to know who manages this place???, I have never had such poor service anywhere else that I have lived or worked!!

I am calling to find out about my package and no answer at all every. That bad service,, and this is why the USPS is going out of business. Maybe the State Goverment should send over the attorney general to see why this postal department has no customer service. All of them should be fired, and maybe they will appreciate having a job. they dont answer phone. and I was calling because they didnt deliver mail to my block for two days during Thanksgiving -- not including the holiday itself. No wonder this "business" is in trouble. I wouldnt even give them one star if it wasnt for the fact that you cant post this without it. awful, awful, awful....

2 weeks to deliver, lost package and when I called to find it, was left on hold for 20 minutes while someone "went to their desk to check". Cant wait for USPS to go out of business so someone else can step in and do a decent job of delivering things.

Wait times are horrible, packages that need to be delivered to an apartment or condo dont. They just leave a notice that they "tried" in the mailbox and leave it up to you to figure it out and go get it next business day. Screwed on Saturdays.

The guy who answered the phone was rude right off the bat. Claims he had 10 other things to do. My issue with my package never got resolved. Hire someone who can actually handle people.
