If I could give it zero stars, I would. This is the most unprofessional post office I have ever been to. There were 3 people working behind the counter and each and everyone had an attitude. From the moment I arrived I was met with sarcasm and a a condescending tone. I went in for the walk-in passport service and arrived at 10 am, even though they dont begin seeing people till 10:30, to fill out the forms. I went with my toddler and baby and my sister as an extra set of hands. As we were filling out the forms the man behind the counter asked me if the passports were for me or the children. After I said it was for my sister and myself he told me with an attitude, "passports arent until 10:30" to which i replied, "Okay". Despite getting there early, we had to wait in line behind a mother and her teenage son who came in fifteen minutes after us but ran to the line in front of us. The man behind the counter who had addressed me when I walked in told me to get behind them, which I did. Once they were called my sister and I moved up in the line while carrying the children. Then an older woman from behind the counter, said in a raised voice with attitude "Get behind the sign!" which we were next to anyway, so we moved back an inch after the family behind us also moved back. The woman then said, "BEHIND the sign! People need to get through!" meanwhile people were walking past us with out any problems. I was just standing in the spot where the first man told me to stand. Long story short, after receiving attitude while everyone else who walked in was met with "good morning"s and "hi, how are you?"s the last straw was being yelled at by someone who is supposed to be helping people. Avoid this post office at all costs.

I have come to this post office 3 times in the past few month to renew my passport, every time Ive come there has been a show of attitude from the workers, the second time I came the man made a mistake and didnt schedule my appointment so I had to wait a month later, now when I went the third time I spent 30 mins waiting and standing because there are no chairs, dont come to this post office

The MOST unprofessional, unfriendly, ignorant, arrogant, people I have ever dealt with. They treat people with disrespect, they are unhelpful, and they talk with an attitude and tone that is not appreciative by any decent person. I would rather go extra miles than dealing with them. It is shameful that such a beatiful township has such a disgraceful post staff.

This is one of the worst post offices that I have ever done business with Carol (or so she said her name is) was very unprofessional for someone in a management position. She actually raised her voice at me as I was explaining my issue to her. No wonder that whole branch of the government is going bankrupt.

Best people ever behind that counter! I stopped going to the post office in my town because they gave me such problems. The postal employees here at Scotch Plains are so efficient, quick, and professional! I go out of my way to come here.

Debbie and Sharif go out of their way to help me. They are courteous, good- natured and always kind. Debbie is a real pro when it comes to packaging! I dont know what I would do without her.

Staff seems to not want to be there, local service of mail is all over the place and inconsistent and forget about calling them. I literally sat on the phone ringing about 5min b4 I gave up.

They are okay. Been going here for many years and the regulars, especially the young man has been nice to my family.
