The quality of service was beyond what we have grown accustomed to nowadays. The tech arrived on time, did the work well, and cleaned up. He provided useful information and answered questions freely and knowledgably. Let me add courteous and friendly to the list. I will certainly use Frey Heating and Plumbing again when needed and will recommend them whenever I can.

Charged me $700 to tighten a drain pipe that took all of 15 minutes. Technician was extremely rude and aggressive. Woman at the office was wonderful to deal with. I would never recommend calling these people
