We were referred to Alexanders from the company where we purchased our gas log set. We had no prior experience with them. When we ran into a problem, Ken Alexander was so helpful that we couldnt believe it - he treated us like family! He had a thorough knowledge of the situation, fixed it with no problems, took the time to explain everything to us & even came back a few days later (with a smile on his face!) when we couldnt figure out something. We will continue to call upon them in the future, and we cant recommend Alexanders Plumbing more emphatically!!

Avoid. Scheduled an appointment between 8-10 am. I called them when they didnt show by 10:15 am; they said they would be on the job in 30 minutes. Left cell phone number twice, they never showed up, or called on status. Called Alexander plumbing four hours later, and told them not to bother. Wasted a day off of work, and had to call another plumber fix the leak. "Trust" is mentioned repeatedly on their website. Dont trust them to show up or call you proactively.

Today I had 1800heaters install the expansion tank for just $237, and it fixed my waterheater T&P valve leaking issue. However yesterday the plumber from Alexander Plumbing told me the T&P leaking does not related to expansion tank and the price to install an expansion tank will be around $390.
