My tenant called R A Nichols because the thought the water heater was leaking, the said the leak was coming from the water heater and charged 2300.00 to install the new water heater, found out later the heater cost 600.00 so the charged me 1700.00 for the install. I would like to say that was the end to it, but they left a leaking pipe in the water heater after the install so my whole floor needed to be replace also. They also tried to charge me 600.00 to repair the leak that they left eventually the waved the 600.00, Left me with the cost of water removal and floor replacement in addition to over charging for the water heater.

I have used RA Nichols several times through the years and have always received an incredibly speedy response. Their plumbers are professional, courteous and get the job right the first time. Today Tom and David replaced two faulty traditional water heaters with a tankless system all same day from when I placed the call. I am very pleased to have hot water again. What a pleasure it is to work with these guys.
