I hired Bertoli Plumbing & Heating for my homes oil-to-gas conversion, and I was impressed every step of the way by the companys professionalism and by the outstanding customer service I received. Mark provided a competitive estimate in a timely manner, and answered all of my questions while on-site. Eileen in the office went above and beyond in making sure that permits were secured and the work was scheduled as soon as possible, after I explained that my current boiler was beginning to fail and that I didnt know how much longer it would last. She even offered complimentary use of a temporary hot water heater if we needed it! George and the guys who performed the installation were friendly and professional, and were happy to answer any additional questions I had. And their work was top notch. Even the town inspector commented on the high quality of work! Ive used Bertoli Plumbing & Heating in the past for smaller jobs, but will not hesitate to use them again for all of my homes plumbing needs.

I was really impressed with the level of professionalism from Mark and all his employees I dealt with. I had a gas line run into my house and he installed a water heater and ran a line for my stove. Mark was at my house when he said he would be, I had the estimate the next day, and he told me how long the job was going to take and never tried to sell me anything I didnt need. His workers were courteous, professional and answered all my questions. My wife felt safe around them (a big plus) and any mess they made, they cleaned up the place better than the way it was before they started! Definitely would recommend Mark and his crew for any plumbing job.
