They offered a free inspection and quote and said they could do it tomorrow and get the job done the following day. They never showed up for the free inspection, I called back and scheduled a second. They also skipped this one without contacting me and we had to schedule a third appointment. They missed this one as well, I called them out on it and expressed my frustration at which point we scheduled another appt. Someone actually showed for this one. Before leaving, he said theyd contact me tomorrow with a quote and could probably get the work done within two days (it was a simple connection to a heater). It has now been 11 days and they never contacted me again. It seems as if they wont do anything until a customer is finally fed up, so maybe this review will get them to actually provide me with the quote?
