Had a pump starting to go bad over the weekend, it would randomly trip the breaker. Monday morning I called Ace at 8 and they were here before 9. They diagnosed the system and his conclusion was that the motor was starting to die. He outlined the cost for new pump as well as wire and pipe if needed. As it turned out my pipe was good but I needed to redo the wire. Well is around 225 deep, so a new pump and wire came in at $1650. Not that I wanted to spend that much but at least it is done. Old pump was 15 years old so heres to hoping I get that much out of this one. But I cant say enough good things about Ace, they responded quick and had everything on the truck. We were back in operation in less than two hours. Also appreciate they took the time to answer all of my questions and were honest enough to look at my pressure tank and tell me it looked good and didnt just shotgun everything. If you unfortunately need well service I would highly recommend you at least call Ace and see what they say. While it was mentioned, you will get some dirty water. I underestimated how dirty, it is pretty nasty so I would recommend you run a hose to flush this junk out rather than get this in your house.

My Well pump died last night around 8 PM. I check it again this morning hoping that maybe its still had some life left. No soap. I called Ace at 10 AM on this memorial day holiday Monday. They were at my house within two hours and installed a brand-new well pump at a depth of 400 x 2 p.m. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast and no additional cost because it was a holiday. This is a family business and these guys are the best.

Woke up this morning to no water and a broken well pump. Called ace at 9:40Am and spoke with Dave. He said he would be there in 2 hrs. Dave showed up right on time and pulled and replaced my well pump with 3/4 Hp pump at a depth of 200 feet. Cost was $1555.00. The job was done by 2 pm, would highly recommend this company as they are very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Dave!!

Really nice guys. Came and replaced a pump 225 ft. down and replaced the wiring all for $1,500. I called at 2pm and they were here at 3:30pm and done by 5:30pm.
