My name is David and Im a transgender. This morning I was told in a very respectful by the receptionist that I must not go to the ladys room which I understand because I know not everybody is comfortable with that situation. However a very rude man I believe he is the manager or work there treated me like garbage. He was very mean and ask me to leave the gim. I have a membership here and is very unfortunate to have to deal with people who have no professionalism at all with that being said everyone should be treated with respect no matter the gender, religion or legal status. And to all the gay community that workout at this place please dont allow no one to bully you have all the right to get legal help if you feel is necessary. Im very disturb by this morning experience I love working out in the morning specially because there are not too many people at the gim and now I wont be able to resume my workouts. Dont get me wrong the gim is amazing and clean but some of the staff need to learn customer services.

Stay away of this gym! Manager doesnt decide anything! I cancel my membership and had to get my deposit back ($200) so I was waiting for my money refund for almost 2 month and probably would wait longer (but thanks my bank made a refund) manager Ali said that shes not responsible for any refunds and I have to talk to the owner. I tried to reach him for a MONTH (!!!) sometimes he out of country, sometimes he after 3pm! Each time she put a note for him w/my phone number. But I never reached him, and he didnt called me back. And also, Chris (guy, whos doing memberships) didnt cancel my membership (surprisingly) and continued charge me. Ali as a manager explained me that she never saw my cancellation form and she has no idea why Chris didnt give it to her. Its just a MESS!!! Just advice for everybody who wants to cancel-ask for any proof (copy or make a photo of cancellation). If no, be ready for surprising charges from your card!

BEWARE!!! Ive been trying to contact their Manager- Alexandra and its been more than a month of getting the run around and BS and still have yet to receive any cancellation confirmation. I went to the gym and cancelled, filled out the forms and even gave them my proof of address. I called back the following week for confirmation and my membership was still active. To get more information and to get to the bottom of the issue I tried to speak with Alexandra, I emailed her and called her daily but NOTHING. Nobody else in this facility will assist or do anything about the issue. Oh and btw, all the equipment here is OLD and the cushions are dirty and has cracks on them. Leaks too everywhere whenever it rains. Other than my move, this was definitely one of the reasons we left.

FRAUD!! FRAUD!! FRAUD!! FRAUD!! FRAUD!! FRAUD!! FRAUD!! FRAUD!! FRAUD!! I moved to London, when I went back to Jersey City for a visit and went in to the gym in person to cancel due to my move. I was told that they had changed cancelation policy two days before because too many people had been canceling. I told them that I had moved and couldnt come back in person, they resisted until I threatened to contact the BBB, at which point they took my information and promised to call me back to process, but never did. They then continued to charge me. This is FRAUD!!!

Es el peor gym que e visto en mi vida, mal olor, las máquinas no sirven, te amarran a un contrato por tres años y te dicen que si no te gusta el gym te devuelven el dinero y no es cierto. No lo recomiendo para más además el parqueo es súper incómodo

Mostly clean, good equipme less crowded thant blink. And people are nice. But Music is too loud and they play ads like crazy. Wich is annoying to some people. Edit: still with the loud music after I told the employees many times. And worst radio ads! Most of the time!! If you are going to be loud. Get a Playlist! "management doesnt do anything. Machines have never been fixed and Ive been coming here for almost a year. The linings of some equipment are in unusable state for a long time. Thinking to switch to LA fitness

The gym is supposed to open at 6am on the weekends, unfortunately its already 8:10 and its not open yet!!! This is not what we pay for and this is wasting our time especially to those who had to set their schedule to live a healthy lifestyle. People are waiting impatiently and so far 6 people left due to this unprofessionalism. Seriously considering of cancelling my membership.

Failed to cancel my policy although I did every step that I was suppose to do and they still tried charging me. I called and stopped payment on my card and sent them paperwork showing that I took the steps I was suppose to. This gym experience cause me to never get another gym membership again!!!! Unreal!!!

Absolutely love this gym, very friendly staff and faculty. all the equipment is kept freshly clean and organized. Free child care is awesome too since the only time I can go is after work after my child is out of school so its very beneficial.

I did not like that if you did not stop walking and even signed a paper to not withdraw money, they still withdraw money. They bind to the treaty as in slavery. Money does not return back, complete lawlessness.

24 hour gym, entire staff is nice, equipment is top notch. Perfect for everyone from endurance athlete to fitness newbie to advanced level lifter.

Best gym in the area used to be golds gym but new management is way better... Fixed the parking lot and updated the gym with new gym equipment

This gym has problems with cancellations. Theyre lying that manager is abroad or hes coming after 3 pm. Staff are good actors.
