Some Problems with this gym - 1) Unprofessional and apathetic staff - countless times I have walked into this gym and was never even acknowledged by the front desk, I could have walked in without a membership and started working out. I have gone in at opening, and found that the staff from the night before couldnt be bothered to put the dumbbells back in the proper place. Its hard to work out, if you have to also go on a scavenger hunt. It seems the workers are more interested in socializing with each other, or updating Facebook status, rather than actually doing their job. 2) Music - It is inappropriately loud. It overpowers my earbuds in certain spots, and the music is more appropriate at a nightclub rather than a gym. It probably wouldnt be as bad, if it was not so loud. 3) Parking - Small parking lot, most of the time you have to park in the Burger King lot. 4) Small Selection of Weight Machines - Understandable given the size, but theres usually a wait for certain machines that can throw off your workout rhythm. The Good: 1) Relatively new equipment - The equipment seems to be in decent repair, and the floors and machines seem relatively clean. 2) Large number of cardio machines - You never have to worry about finding a treadmill or an elliptical machine.

I have been a member since 2011 and I am fed up with the club. They charge a $29.99 fee every year for maintenance which includes the cleaning of the facility and maintaining the equipment . Every time I use the treadmills in the movie room at least there are at least 2-3 pieces of equipment everytime that is out of order. The tanning machines arent always working. I pay an additional $10.00 per month to use them for a base tan and maintaining my tan in the Spring and summer and after 2 weeks I dont see a difference I tell the front desk and they always say "They just did a maintanence on them yesterday." Huge waste of money. I am cancelling my membership today. I was billed $41.00 in late fees .....how can that be? they take it out of my debit card. They claimed the card expired ....well ok then notify me and I will update it. They let 2 weeks pass after it was updated to charge me a fee. FRAUD thats all they are.

Been coming here for like 5 years. I have seen the ups and downs. The gym itself is small. Not nearly enough weight training equipment. The layout is pretty bad. Often times equipment is broken. The gym is pretty clean. And most of the staff now is friendly but there is one particular person there that is nasty but I just avoid them. The hours have improved since I joined but I go early early in the morning so whatever bro. My real problem is with the billing. I refuse to give them my credit card information because last time I did I started getting fraudulent charges and my credit card company mentioned that the billing company is notorious for it. Honestly I have thought about joining another gym but having this place literally down the block from my house makes it convenient. I guess for now it is adequate for my needs but honestly due to the one employee there and their poor attitude I had to give only 3 stars.

I just signed up to this gym. Its cheap and close to home. I dont know why there are so many ignorant people on here leaving nasty reviews. What more can you ask for? Its cheap, clean, cardio equipment is in perfect shape. Staff is friendly though I havent met everyone yet. I saw the owner for 2min and he seemed nice. The only thing they need is a stretching cage. If they get that, this place would be a 10 star gym. Stop complaining people and when the staff signs you up and tells you about the cancellation policy, just listen. They go over everything with you. No reason to complain. I should have came here instead of going to the other gym where its dirty, smells, filled with guys who do steroids and machines are falling apart. Not here! I would never leave this place.

Firstly, this place is always crowded in rush hours and the staff does not even say hi to you after you sign their trap-contract. After I moved to another town, I tried to cancel the membership. Until at this point, I became a very good customer of this gym by paying their fee in time. But, when they realize that I am cancelling the membership ( after many phone calls and price discounts with a very charming attitude) they immediately changed and charge me for another month based on a hidden provision on the trap-agreement. If you want a crowded, dirty, and cheap gym, and if you want to be charged with hidden fees and membership cancellation problems, go for it.

Avoid this gym. The gym is dirty, and when it is cleaned, the person will be vacuuming around your treadmill as you are running on it. A variety of machines are always in need of repair, and the overall quality of the equipment is poor at best. Finding parking is also always a struggle as it shares its parking lot with a Burger King, Wendys, and a carpet outlet. The "trainers" do very little besides help members develop bad gym habits that will keep them obese and out of shape. If you are looking for a gym where you can sit at a machine for 10 minutes will playing with your blackberry, this is the place.

Their fantastic Zumba instrctor left, and I quit (or so I thought) my month-to-month membership. But billing continued. I stopped in again in December, explained situation to newest manager, and was informed that my membership would be cancelled. Nope - still being billed. Stopped in again today. Manager not on site. I presented written documentation, and will be sending certified USPS tomorrow. Once a mistake. Twice? Either bad business practices or down right unethical. Very disappointing.

Be careful to sign up on this Gym. I tried to cancel my membership because I was moving out of town but the Manager was never available to speak and nobody was able to resolved. Instead of I was advised if I do so to be charged with penalties and hidden charges. Also one of the ladies that attended me just said "BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SIGN". They dont care about making business having happy costumers and build long-term relationships. The only they are interesting on is taking your money.

My membership was re-activated without my consent or knowledge months after I had deactivated it. I ended up paying two months fee without even stepping into the gym for months. No refunds. Shameful excuse of a business. Cant deadlift anything over three plates either because its on the second floor above a salon. What kind of a gym doesnt let you deadlift?

This is a great facility! Very clean and inviting environment with ample machines - NO NEED TO WAIT like Ive witness at other gyms in the area. More importantly, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Ive never had an issue with my experience here and would highly recommend others to sign up for a membership.

They make amazing protein shakes for 5$. Their movies are so new and I love running in there. I can run for hours watching such recent movies that just came out. I had a personal trainer there and lost 45lbs in 6 months (stopped now since it was expensive). I cant complain for 20$ a month.
