They are VERY SHADY. Ive paid them so much money over the years, its sickening. I paid for their large unit, insurance and EXTRA for A CLIMATE-CONTROLLED UNIT. I had 2 other storage units around the same time and I know that PODS HAS BEEN LYING ABOUT PROVIDING ME WITH A CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNIT. None of my other storage units have metal latches that rust out. After I collected my unit to remove some things I noticed the lock that I bought was badly rusted. I mentioned it to them and they flat-out denied storing my unit outside or not in a climate-controlled area. The next time I collected it, I noticed MY LOCK & THE LATCH was EVEN MORE BADLY RUSTED! Rust only happens to metal when it meets with some sort of condensation (e.g, humidity, rain, snow, fog, the morning dew). They must think Im an idiot. So, Im CONTACTING MY LAWYER. I took pictures the first time and I have my lock for proof. Also, there were SPIDERS, BUGS, ETC. I never had this problem with my other units. NOTE: They make you wait 24-48 before you can have access to your unit. Humm. Shady. If youre paying for a climate controlled unit they dont want you to find out that you arent getting your moneys worth.

Ive been payin them so much its nuts... The big units at self storage is half the price of 1 pod plus i have to call 24hrs in advance to get stuff in or out of my pods and half the time they arent even out when i get there and you can only go to your pods mon thru fri 8am to 3pm so i have to take off work to go there. What a bunch of BS you would think for me payin over 400 a month id be able to get my stuff without taking off work. Plus they put ny pods at a warehouse that 50 miles from where i live.

Experience with pods was excellent ! On tim for all pickups and very clean container. Would recommend to anyone.
