My new wife was moving from an apartment in New Jersey to our condo in Charlotte, NC. Initially, we guestimated two relocubes, but her friends helpers were able to comfortably get everything into one cube. Upack offered flexibility on the pickup and delivery date, and adjusted the price downward for only one cube. The cube was delivered when requested, and had obviously had a very gentle ride. There was no damage and everything was right where it was when the doors were closed in New Jersey. Ive used this service twice before, and the hard and expensuve part was arranging the packing and unpacking. This time I went to the uhaul site to find an unloading service, which is far simpler than packing. We choose a service called bellhops that sent two college students to unload and rearrange furniture - total cost $80. The move coukd not have gone better.

Ive moved several times in the past 5 years using different ways to move my belongings. U Pack has been, by far, the best way a do-it-yourselfer can move. Of course, I still had to pack my things and load a truck, but I did not have to drive a truck to my new home. My move was approximately 1200 miles so I did not want to have to drive a truck or find some creative way to also keep my car. U pack delivered in every way they said that they would from delivery of the truck to pick up of the empty truck. They were great! If you are considering them, I hope this review eases your mind.

I engaged UPack to move my stuff from NJ to Dallas TX. Their process of keeping trailer in front of the house for 3 working days is very good. I asked them to park on Friday evening so that I got 2 extra days free due to weekend. It is important to load the items as tightly as possible, use all 9 feet of height. An experienced moving helper can do that very efficiently. Upackdelivered my stuff in time and very safely. Great job indeed! If needed, I would surely use them again.

Very smooth process and good customer service. The only thing I regret is that at the location where I had to do the loading there didnt seem to be enough drivers and I had to wait one more day than I planned to for my relocube to be shipped. An good feature of U-pack is that you only pay for the space that you use and not the space you reserve. For example, if you reserve two relocubes and you end up using only one, theyll charge you only for one cube.
