This was our second move with Nationwide and both experiences were excellent! Moving can be an incredibly stressful experience and Nationwide made it both pleasurable and seamless. From the initial contact with the logistics team to the hardworking drivers/movers to the follow up to see how the move went, Nationwide was the epitome of professionalism and stellar customer service. For both moves, the initial moving quote was both accurate and extremely fair. Careful and detailed consideration was given to ensure that an accurate inventory was produced by the logistics team. In both moves, the seamless work of the logistics team was evident and very much appreciated. We received, as mentioned, not only an accurate and fair quote, but also several calls checking in with us about the intricate details that surround a move. Once the move date was confirmed and a delivery date and time was given, the drivers/movers were spot on within the window. Additionally, we were able to receive next day delivery both times at our final destination, which was extremely comforting. With regards to the actual move, the drivers/movers were exceptional! They were an awesome mix of professional, funny, accommodating and careful with our belongings (no furniture damage, which was a huge plus!!). We are extremely pleased with all aspects of the team at Nationwide. We will use Nationwide again without hesitation and have recommended them to our friends!! Our older review below: We just moved with Nationwide Van Lines last weekend, Northern Virginia to Northern New Jersey. Long story short: It was a total of 25 hours from their arrival at the pickup location to the time the last box was dropped off in New Jersey- pretty impressive. We were lucky as our shipment was 1 of 2 on the truck and the first to be dropped off, but they were headed straight to their next drop and Im sure those folks were happy too. Uzi was my driver and Elvis was the other mover. Both were on time, personable and worked quickly and efficiently for the duration of the move. Great guys. Nationwide also reached out several times before the move to confirm details and keep me updated about time frames for pickup and delivery. I would also like to give a shout out to Todd in customer service as he helped me through a stressful situation that came up prior to the move. Overall a great experience during what can be a very stressful time.

Nationwide as a company made the process simple and understandable as far as arranging the move and confirming the contract. The actual moving crew (who was the same for pick-up and delivery) were punctual, courtesy and went through pain staking efforts to ensure all items were wrapped and secure as possible for the move. The degree of preparation was very impressive. I would highly recommend this particular location/crew of Nationwide. Very satisfied customer!

We moved from North Carolina to New Jersey. Their service is seem less through out. I really like Christian Allen, who was very transparent while providing quotes. And I like the guys who loaded and unloaded the stuff. They are professional and they use their own infrastructure. So, very reliable team. Good job guys!! I would strongly recommend Nationwide Van lines.

I have a very narrow staircase, which makes my unit challenging but Uzi and Elvis stuck with it without complaint. They were very friendly and professional and I would recommend them to a friend.
