Getting my haircut at this place was the worst experience of my life. I simply wanted a trim. I asked the hairdresser to cut a few inches off and showed her where I wanted my hair to fall and she agreed. She proceeded to wet my ENTIRE head of hair and cut it and she kept on going and I am left with nothing. I have very short hair and I was trying my hardest to grow it longer but just wanted to trim up the split ends. She did not listen to my request and just did what she thought looked best, she also blow dried it and damaged a lot of hair in the process. She even used harsh chemicals on my hair without asking. If you care about the health and preserving your hair I recommend you go to someplace that listens to you. Truly awful experience.
