Awful service and very rude employees. Called ahead to get my hair cut and they said they would take me in at 8:15pm. When I arrived 10 minutes late due to traffic, the woman behind the counter with red hair and a tattoo on her right shoulder asked me my name and then went on to say, "Oh, we have a 10 minute late policy in which you dont arrive on time, we take someone else. Youre going to have to reschedule." First off, she never mentioned this rule over the phone at all. Secondly, she didnt apologize and there was over half an hour left to do my hair. I came in just to get it shorter, not to get a perm or get it colored. I am never going there ever again and Im never recommending this place to anyone I know. Go to a beauty salon with hairdressers with years and years of experience, not a cookie cutter chain salon!

I have been coming to the Hair Cuttery for Over 3 years. I have Taylor do my hair but I got to know some of the other girls there! They all do a wonderful job. I havent had a problem getting an appointment or my hair done. Love it here!

Love going to see Steff. She does an amazing job. You tell her what you want and she knows what to do . Yes there maybe a small wait time but it is well worth it . Place is very clean and all the workers there are very nice .
