I went here for a hair and makeup trial on March 9th for my wedding day. I left very disappointed with the outcome and called to cancel my wedding day appointment on March 10th. I was still charged almost $500 for the trial which I was unhappy with, charged a $100 deposit, and charged for the appointment I cancelled - the full wedding day hair and makeup on March 10th which totaled $375. I paid almost a thousand dollars for services I was not happy with and services I DID NOT HAVE. This has been such a horrible experience and I am very unhappy with the lack of customer service. I do not recommend coming here, especially on the most important day of your life! Do not go to this salon.

SO accommodating! I was on my way to Lake Placid for vacation and was in desperate need of a hair cut. Since my mother and her friends have always used Element I just had to give them a call and see if they could squeeze me in. Of course they did and I was able to get an appointment that day with a junior stylist. Do not e fooled by the name junior these girls know what they are doing!!!. With about the littlest information they have gotten for what I wanted I allowed them to do their thing. IT WORKED! My stylist made me look fabulous and also recommended ways to style/products to use. Definitely recommend to anyone!!

Pleasant personnel and lovely atmosphere. Discouraged by the level of pedicure for the $$$. Ive never had a pedicure that was only 30 min long. Especially for paying $65. Expected much more and more attention to detail. Unfortunate as I was searching for a new salon.

My experience at Element Day Sap is always wonderful Michelle (owner) has been cutting my hair for years, and even when I lived in Paris (France) for a number of years, I would always schedule a hair cut with Michelle when I was in Lake Placid. They are the best!
