LOVE IT!!! I am about 85 pounds over weight. I havent exercised in about 4 or 5 years other than when I tried the MAX and I DID IT and didnt die. You can totally go at your own pace and the instructor was awesome in explaining things to me as much as I needed or as little as I needed. I felt intimidated going in and I felt scared I wouldnt be able to keep up and I was worried I would be out of commission for the rest of the day and none of that happened.- I was able to join in and ask questions as I needed to. I was encouraged to get comfortable and do as much as I could do- and I did it. I was so proud of myself. Needless to say- I signed up for a month and we will see how it goes.What I liked the most- The workout was challenging but I could adjust as my own fitness level demanded. I was able to watch my heart rate and actually see my results and I could adjust my workout based on numbers- my heart rate and the level of intensity I was working out. The weight/strength portion was just right, I didnt feel like I was doing to much but felt that I could do more next time as I got comfortable. The coach was awesome- It was that family feeling that everyone one wants and yet I really didnt talk to anyone much at all. The tread mill totally intimidated me and being able to watch what my heart rate was doing I realized I didnt have to push the speed as much as I thought I did to get the desired result. I felt the whole concept was educational and informative giving me total control over what my results will be. LOVED IT.

I believe I found the One.... workout in OTF. Its a brilliant way to combine intervals, like running and sprinting, with weights, resistance, and conditioning - all at once. OTF offers a total body workout which changes every day - it is always challenging, never boring, and even surprising - you never know coming in what type of work out you will be subject to: endurance, strength, power or all three at once. The heart rate monitor keeps you honest and motivated - you always know when you could do just a little more, or when you really are doing your best. The workout is suitable for all fitness levels and for all ages. Trainers are attentive and helpful - always ready to offer options if you need to scale it down (I would know with my two herniated discs) or step it up (on my good days when I feel on a top of my game and nothing hurts). The music is great, a mix of all genres and decades, motivating and loud just enough to make you move but not to make your ears pop. There are also various challenges and events going on during the year, which helps members to get to know each other and makes workouts more fun (e.g., peak week, dri-tri, hell week, or 12 days of fitness). OTF gives me a taste of success, community, novelty, and exhaustion followed by release. Keep burning for the exercise high!!!!

I loved the concept before I even stepped a foot in the space. After attending my first class, I was hooked. I have to admit that some days are more challenging than others but what makes OTF unique is that everyone truly works at their own pace. We cheer each other on and we keep each other motivated. Dana and staff are amazing and always cheering us on and providing us with options to work the same muscles and achieve our fullest potential. One hour of sweat and hard work at its best! Thank you Dana, Piper, Julie, Chris, Lori, Samantha, Erin, Mary and all the staff! Absolutely LOVE OTF of Middletown!!!

I joined Orangetheory Fitness in July when they first opened. I had no idea, at the time, how much I would come to love this gym. The staff here is AWESOME... from the managers to the desk people and coaches alike! The workouts change every day - which keeps boredom at bay & they routinely offer members different challenges to keep it fun! The coaches are enthusiastic and encouraging every step along the way and have a great way of correcting and offering assistance without making you feel like a gym idiot! LOVE ORANGETHEORY FITNESS MIDDLETOWN!!!!

I like that every workout is different. Ive been going to Orangetheory Fitness for 6 months now and I havent repeated a single workout. The coaches at OTFMiddletown are truly invested in our results and motivate us in the studio and online via social media. The difference in my health is unbelievable too! Ive already lost 45 lbs and my doctor has taken my off my one of my blood pressure medications and I blew my cardiac stress test away! Joining Orangetheory Fitness was the best decision I made!!!

Ive done a lot of different work outs boot camp , cross fit, and just plain weight lifting but one of them provides me with the exact right levels of strength and cardio training at the exact right intervals with level to get results! This is the most high Tec perfectly planed out 55 minute total body work out on the market. Its state of the art and knowing my heart rate at all times the coaches can push and that makes alll the difference. Do this if your serious

I like the variety of the work outs; what use to take me two hours to accomplish in a traditional gym only takes an hour. Orange theory fitness financially fits in my budget as well. Overall the class atmosphere lends to a better workout and also client commaraderie. In short Orange Theory offers a flexible and fun workout for all fitness levels with friendly and knowledgeable trainers.

OTF workouts are alway challenging and always changing, Ive never done the same workout twice. There is always cardio and strength training and I believe that challenging different muscles everyday has helped to keep me injury free while increasing my strength and endurance.

Best workout I have ever had! Each coach has their own style and they are all wonderful! Each class is different, you never do the same workout twice. Great for all levels! I love OTF!
