They are liars and cheats. They charged me twice last month and refused to return emails. There is no longer any phone number you can call. I quit "officially" twice this month already, May 2, 2014 and by registered mail which they received May 7, 2014. I keep emailing to get their acknowledgement that I quit and to date, May 12th, 2014 they still wont. I guess they are waiting till the 15th so that they can charge me again. I have never dealt with such an unhanded, dishonest, deceptive company -EVER. Im planning to write letters to the BBB, Federal Trade Commission, and the Attorney General. They should be stopped. Ive since read many similar accounts of deceptive, dishonest practices. If anyone has started a class action suit against them, please let me know!

I paid $45 a month for three years and then when I could no longer make it often enough I decided to let them know I was no longer going to need a membership. Here is what happened: I had to go online and print out a form, fill out the form, SEND IT CERTIFIED MAIL, and then when they APPROVE IT, you pay three more months starting from the first of the next month. My question is why? I am not your sole client. I am not your sole renter. I have paid for your club but now I am moving on, why charge me for three more months? The only answer is greed. It is a poor way to treat customers. The fact that a few have taken the time to comment here is enough to let you know that there are plenty more who have been through this but just put up with it.

The Red Bank location is just to small. If this was a specialty gym with only a few members it would be a great space but when youre a franchise with hundreds of members Its basically the equivalent to working out in someones basement. All of the equipment is on top of each other and it felt crowded when 8-10 members where in there. If you only want to use a treadmill, elliptical or stepper then this place might be for you. Now on to the cancellation of the contract. Phew! Good thing I kept my certified mail receipt and copy of my letter because sure enough WOW had me in collections for not paying my membership a year later. One would think they do this on purpose to get a couple extra dollars out of people.

THEY WONT LET YOU CANCEL!! They keep billing you for months after you cancel.Very deceptive business practices no easy way out of membership, hidden added charges, and ridiculous trainer fees , all that are auto charged to your bank account.

They completely re-vamped the entire space and it is much less crammed than it used to be. The turf section is great. I decided to join here out of convenience and am pleased with everything overall. For $20/month its worth it.

Super small facility. It gets cramped. The staff at the front desk is hit or miss when it comes to being pleasant.
