Ive been training MMA for about 10 years and have trained at numerous facilities. I found my home 3 years ago when I went to Nick Catones MMA. Both Nick & Marjorie Catone are great - they truly care about their members and go above and beyond to see that they are happy. NCMMA has helped me lose 30 pounds and maintain a weight where I am extremely happy. I love going to their classes for all the instructors are wonderful and youre guaranteed to have a great workout. Their facility is amazing with everything you need to get into shape from Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, Cross Fit, Cardio Kick Boxing and more. I couldnt be happier to have found NCMMA - the place is great! Thanks to NCMMA for being the best MMA facility around!

I have been going to NCMMAA for over 3 years, I lost 50 lbs in the first year and feel fantastic. The gym is one of the most professionally run, clean gyms I have ever attended. The instructors are top notch and the gym is welcoming to both experienced and inexperienced clients. I would highly recommend this to men and women. If you want to get in shape, learn self defense techniques, speak with a certified health coach or just have some fun getting in shape, this is the place for you. There are many programs for all levels of fitness.

It is immacualte in appearance with brand new, state of the art equipmentand, and the insructors are the most knowledgable and professional in the business. The school as a whole is like a family, but they always accept new members with open arms, so no matter your fitness level, you will always feel welcome and comfortable there. Ive been coming to ncmma gym for 2 months now and enjoy the training more and more each time. Mare interest in martial arts is turning into passion and new hobby. Instructors and other students are friendly and welcoming, gym itself is kept clean. If you are thinking about learning any martial art let it be Muay Thai, boxing, jiu jitsu ncmma has it all in one place tought by high level helpful instructors. Give this gym a try and you wont look anywhere else.

Very friendly and inclusive. The instructors and knowledgeable and helpful. It can be intimidating to walk into a gym with a bunch of people you dont know, all punching and kicking and sweating and wrestling around with each other, but Nick and his coaches do a terrific job of making everyone feel welcome. The workouts are intense, and the training is top notch. And the students are as friendly as the instructors!

Ive been going to Nick Catones mma for a couple years now, it helped me gain confidence in myself and taught me lots of lessons, the academy is overall a fantastic school with welcoming students and trainers. Everyones really outgoing and everyone is always trying to help each other, overall its a fantastic gym whether you are looking to get a workout or whether youre looking to fight.

Best MMA school around. I take my son here and it has helped him in school and to better interact with other kids. The teachers are very good and great with the kids. They all practice there teaching. The owner is still fighting in the UFC and past fight he won by unanimous decision. After a rain down of the hardest elbows I have seen.

Hands down the best to be for getting in shape. It has the best instructors around, a huge variety of classes, and a brand new fitness area. The personal aspect of the gym is unmatched any where else, everyone is friendly, the instructors are helpful and knowledgeable, and the owners are reachable at any time.

Has been years since I last trained, so I decided to take a trial class. Had a blast. Great atmosphere in the gym. Everyone seemed welcoming. Got the chance to meet Nick Catone after my class was over. Very nice guy. Definitely recommend the gym if youre thinking of joining.

Best gym Ive ever been a part of or worked out in. Have trained in a lot of different places and have never been in a place that makes you feel as welcome as Nick Catones. One if the few places where the teachers and coaches actually care about you and want to help you.

Best MMA academy around. I take my 13 year son here he trains in all disiciplines offered at NCMMA. Coaches are top notch. Prices are good and the schedule are flexible. If you or your kids are looking for a place to train this is it.
