Small, kind of crowded. I used it to get a few training sessions in while on vacation and while it worked there really wasnt anything spectacular about the gym. Nothing bad, just kind of basic equipment, especially for the price ($10/day without a membership). Im sure the weekly/monthly membership are cheaper though

Wonderful gym, clean, and a nice community of people working out, as well as the staff and instructors. The classes are amazing and great for all levels. Personally, I am just beginning again and the teacher made my experience a pleasure.

Strictly a gym for novices and cardio work. Owner will not allow the use of chalk. I drive 20 extra miles because of this backward thinking. If you want to achieve your goals, go elsewhere.
