Weve been members for the last two years and we have enjoyed everything about this facility. Their main issue which seems to be fairly significant is the swimming pool. There are consistent issues with this part of the facility being closed for one reason or another. Very inconvenient maintenance times are scheduled and the pool always closes earlier than the rest of the facility. I pay for a family membership and my children use the pool more than any other area and we rarely get our use out of what it costs for the membership. This is definitely one area that could be improved. Very poorly managed.

Sportplex is definitely expensive, but was the only gym i could add my daughter on for the summer and get a pool for her to swim in while I work out. I have not worked out at the other gyms around here; but I find the weight room set up makes it easy to get an intense workout in without waiting or wandering to far to other stations or machines. I do not take classes, so i can not comment on them, but the do have a lot of them. I find the staff VERY friendly, and so does my 10 yr old. Plus there is a good gym etiquette, and I can grunt on my exhale if I need to.

As a member for 2 plus years a lot of machines not working properly, typically rains inside the gym due to roof leaks, staff is rude and unprofessional and beware of the random charges to your credit card which they state is for "so called improvements" that never take place and are not stipulated in your agreement.. Keep a close eye on your credit card charges with these people!

I am a current member and enjoy the classes that they offer, but I have never seen a gym that doesnt offer 7:00 and 8:00 classes during the week for people who work... The yoga instructors and pump and combat instructors are excellent, but have never seen anyone on the floor in the weight room to even ask a question. Beautiful renovation in the locker rooms...

Used this facility one time during my very short membership. Mary in accounting very nasty and shrewd would not refund my money after I requested to have my credit card removed. She was unapologetic and couldnt care less that she took what I clearly didnt have! I would never recommend this gym to any one!!

How are you going to be closed at 6pm on the day before thanksgiving. What are you trying to make your customers stay fat so they spend more money? Terrible. Charge me up the wazoo and i cant even lift when i get out of work. Thanks for my losses today.

Poor equipment, small crowded areas, Ive been here for 5 years and they never got the roof fixed. Leaks are a regular, and power outages come as no surprise. Most of staff is rude and unprofessional with the exception of maybe 2 personal trainers.

Great little club. The tennis staff are professional and friendly. Theres always an open rower and most of the machines are in duplicate, so you dont have to wait for someone else to finish. Love the family vibe and the welcoming attitude.

The tennis staff is unprofessional. The junior coordinator should not be working with junior at all. Courts need to be relighted, and staff needs to treat members and non members with more respect.
