I would like to give this place Zero star rating but I cant. The gym is so close to West Point Military Academy and has the American Flag and the respective flags of every single branch in the US military. They were told to remove them by corporate because they offend people. I am getting out of my membership because I am offended by them. Absolutely disgusting.

All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Love the fact that the gym goers are there to improve their health and not there to annoy the other people who are exercising. They have a good sanitary ethics. Clean the equipment after you use it. Plenty of spray and towels in all areas.

When in NY visiting relatives/inlaws this is my favorite gym to get those needed workouts! $20 for a 7 day week. Its not big but has everything you need if you want to work that body and the staff is awesome!

I joined close to a year ago, and am still blown away at how amazing, helpful, and friendly the staff is. Always clean, a great place for beginners are gym rats.

Great gym! The staff are really nice and helpful, and theres a student discount if you are in school. Only crowded rarely.
