A mellow environment that serves a broad range of customers -- men & women, young and old -- with varying interests and goals. Not a lot of flash, simply a pressure-free comfortable place to work out with free weights, machines, and a cardio room.

If you are into serious working out and not running around " preening" its the place to go also it is never overly crowded so there is usually machines available for you to do your routine without cooling down

All the workout devices (even rowing) in a great private atmosphere. Beautiful sauna and showers. Very helpful staff. Personal training available. And everyone feels like family. A Great Gym! Thank you, Larry!

One of the best gyms around, great people and is clean all the time. The perfect place for people who are looking to get into working out but are too shy or intimidated to start( like myself).
