Brought a Mitsubishi there for a timing belt, seals water pump, tensioner, and pulleys. Should have been a 4 hour job. after a week I received a call that the vehicle was done but it has a miss.They repeatredly tried to blame the issue on the vehicles mileage. They insisted the vehicle was that way when they brought it in. Since I owned a shop for years, I knew better. After a heated argument in which I insisted it did not have a miss, they agreed to locate the source of the miss. As I stated to them, they bent a valve while changing the timing belt. They agreed to repair it.It has been three weeks and two days since it was brought to the shop. I stopped by today to check on its progress. IT was brought to the shop May 23th 2011. It is now June 15 2011. IT is still not repaired. I gave them unitl June 16 to repair the vehicle. I am contacting NJ Division of Consumer Affairs to lodge a complaint. If they are part of the BBB I will lodge a complaint there as well. I will also be contacting my attorney to see if there are any other options available to me, Stay away from this shop. They are NOT reputable, They are not HONEST, and obviously there repair abilities speak for themselves.

I brought my car into the shop on a Friday morning because of a misfire. By 3pm they still didnt get around to the problem, but told me bring it back the next morning it would be fixed. Dropped it off the next morning they called my cell around 3pm and told me they had to order a fuel injector for my car. Monday rolls around car still isnt fixed. I go there Tuesday they say they had a long line of cars in front of mine. It has been 4 days now. I said I just want to pay for the diagnostic and Im gonna take my car to get it fixed by someone else. I brought my car to Rayco and they fix it in 3 hours. They had to replace a spark plug. In short not only was my car sitting at Discount for 4 days, they made me pay for a diagnostic while they never even performed a diagnostic on my car. Not only that, but I have heard they are terrible by about 10 other people. STAY AWAY! I have never seen anything like it.

They come off as honest businessmen but I purchased 4 tires from them and 12,000 miles later i find out they sold me 4 different tires and only 1 tire was a hancock tire. They also did an alignment and 300 miles later my front end starts to shake again. They only did a partial alignment as the right side of my car has something frozen and my new honest mechanic will try and unfreeze it with heat so that they can properly align my car DISHONEST AND MAKE YOU BELIEVE THEY ARE HONEST BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY PERSONABLE...

Most honest place to get work done on your vehicle in the area. They are not expensive, show you exactly what they are going to do and explain why and how things work. Also they pointed out safety issues with my tires that I did not notice. Very glad I took their advice being my 19 year old drives the vehicle and could have had a bad experience had I not changed the tires. You wont find a more honest shop anywhere or mechanic that cares about his work and your safety.

Wow, this place was great had my car towed there from another garage in town, there parking lot was full they told me they couldnt look at that day but would look at it the next day, they did called me I approved repairs, I found them to be honest and they took the time to explain, also very friendly atmosphere, others customers were there and had nothing but good things to say about this shop. Highly recommend

These guys are the most honest and trustworthy mechanics I have ever come across. I took my van in for a leak and instead of just fixing it, they fought the dealership for me and got it covered under warranty! Every time they have worked on our vehicles they have gone above and beyond. Couldnt ask for better service.
