Went to drop off my car on a Tuesday. they said they wouldnt be able to look at it that week, it would be better to call Monday and make an appointment. So I called Monday made an appointment, they said drop it off on Wednesday. I Dropped off my car and after 3 days they still havent looked at, no quote, no nothing. I calledon Saturday and he said he would look at it Monday. This isnt the first time that they have done something like this either. Customer Service had really gone down hill the last few times I brought my car there.

I have been going to T and S since 2003 since I moved into Piscataway and I can not even tell you how good and honest sonny and his guys are. They never try and sell you things you dont need and he will even tell you you dont need to fix certain things at that certain time so you wont spend extra money. He has done every type of work for me on my cars from rebuilding a transmission on my tahoe to installing aftermarket products. His work is excellent and he has been the most reliable and trustful mechanic I have ever dealt with.
