Cablevision turned off my cable TV and internet because my NEIGHBOR did not pay his bill. I pursued the issue with customer service. They sent a technician to my home who said the lines had not been properly labeled and he corrected it. Then it happened again a few months later. That was inexcusable. I would have canceled my service if they had not given me a free month as an apology. They didnt offer it. I demanded it.

We have had Cablevision as our TV, Phone and Internet provider for 20 years and have never had a reason to complain. Their service department is incredible. Hotspots are EVERYWHERE! Very rarely am I ever far from one of their Hotspots. Much easier than looking for a Library or Coffee Shop to find access to the Internet.

We had cable for 20 years. We found a charge for an upgrade that we never requested. Rather than check and see that the channel was never even opened on our tv, they refused to take the charge off, and have lost yet another customer! They need to take customer service 101! They goodness for FIOS!!

Every one here has been around 10+ years. Same faces since I moved to the area. You tend to get newer, unabused equipment here since they come back from the Franklin Lakes area
