Worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life, and Ive had some bad ones living in the city. The company scheduled an appointment for tech service three days in a row, and three days in a row they did not come, forcing me to wait for them 10 hours, with no remorse. The first day they canceled for no reason, after I had waited for 3 hours, and I only found out by calling in. That day (a sunday) the dispatch scheduled an appointment for monday the next day. I waited the next day for another 3 hours, no one came. I called in, they said there was no appt on file. I was furious, scheduled for the next day between 2-3, but then mentioned 1-5, amidst the confusion I waited for another 4 hours, no one came. I called they rescheduled today. Absolute nightmare, horrible company, the only reason they exist is because they have a monopoly in this region, anyone could come in amd obliterate their market share by offering competive services and at least some semblance of concern for the customer. Spectrum/Time Warner could care less about your life or your time, the biggest issue is there is no one to even blame as everytime you call in its a different person, clueless about the situation. Management hides behind the cloak of anonymity. Shame on them.

Worst company ever!!!! Count on services that do not work, horrible customer service, surprise hidden fees, not receiving any reward promised, they do not keep their word, and they over-charge customers. When you try to leave they will flat out shut off your service and then still charge you like your using it!! I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I suggest all other dissatisfied customers do as well. This company of theifs and liars needs to be held accountable for their actions!!

nothing but issues since switching to TWC, started to wonder if the money I am saving is worth the headaches. Dont even bother trying to get support. I have contacted them multiple times about the lousy wireless service. I have been told they will investigate and get back to me. Good thing I didnt sit around and wait for them to do what they said. wish I could give only half a star.

Ive had TWC for over 8 years they are a great company compared to other companies out there they are always willing to help me with my bill and they are great in the office when I go in there. The other companies dont usually help when a bill goes up, and I like the fact that I can go into the office face to face.

Its now Spectrum and prices have been going up ever since even though many of their features are gone, e.g. it use to be you could record up to 6 shows, now i can only record two! Instead of progress, you are going back to the dark ages of programming, and pay a lot more for it...sad!

Garbage service. I pay for 100gb but the most I get is 40??? Thats wired connection and everyday around 9pm the internet has been going down for about a month now. As a college student I depend on this service. Canceling tomorrow and going to Verizon FiOS

Dont waste your money or time with this provider. There internet/Service has a downage almost everyday and they will shut off your Wi-Fi for no reason and still countine to charge you while your Wi-Fi is down.

Even worse and more unstable than Time Warner Cable. Didnt think that was possible, but my cable freezes and cuts out nom stop and my modem keeps rebooting. Absolute garbage!
