The Atheist Butt Pirate
Tech Support Issues are limited to internet and phone (assuming you only have phone and internet, no cable). Not a single selection for networking. Cannot figure out how to get in touch with a representative. If you want to setup port forwarding with your router to connect people from the outside world to your web/ftp or ssh server and are having trouble, you wont be able to get help. So LSS... if you are having trouble with networking, dont use this company. Find another one. Horrible service.

Frustrating,poor customer service, waiting times for phone service ALWAYS exceed 15 minutes which turn out to be over a half hour, or worse you get cut off when they have too many call to answer. .there seems to be a constant problem with the "box" and internet is too slow Im still waitng for that ugly cable to be removed from my backyard!

Horrible! Have had TWC for about a year and the internet connection is always disconnecting or is extremely slow and have called numerous times about this problem but no one, not even their technicians can fix the problem. Plus it is expensive, and very overpriced. Switching to Direct TV.

just bought my first house, couldnt get direct tv or Verizon:( told them I only needed all the kids channels, Nick, Disney and cartoon network (2 kids lol) didnt come with Nickelodeon and its already way over priced!! when my contract is up I will not be staying with them

Review for this store specifically. Jon was great both times Ive gone in. Friendly and helpful, able to answer my questions and helped me with problems with a bill. Helped me when I had to cancel my service and return my equipment as well. Go here instead of the mall

Watching local news and weather when twc breaks in with very loud automated voice and spends minutes telling about thunderstorm warning. Local weather was telling us of tornado warning when twc broke in. Scroll your message twc!

Have swapped out many cables boxes at the location (after waiting over an hour each time) only to get home, plug them in and find out they dont work. Question: Dont you check your equipment before re issuing?

I had a problem with signal strength. A technician named Phil (I think) came over and went above and beyond my expectations to resolve the issue. And at no charge. I am very satisfied. Thank you Phil.
