We moved within the same town - but different zipcode. Out of state customer service folks had no idea how to do this - changed our street address but not our zip code, so we never got any bills. This happened even after half a dozen conversations where I told them where their service area was - they didnt know. Six months later, turned our phone off without bothering to try to contact us, even though we had never paid a bill late before, much less missed one.

The worst experience i ever had they make mistakes and the customer has to suffer I should never have gotten frontier They really dont know what they are doing I was supposed to receive a 200 dollar gift card the first week of December Now because they forgot i have to wait 90 days more for their mistake and then they told me on Friday that i should get it with 24-48 hours that was a lie and xmass is almost over

New customer and have nothing but issues with the wifi and phone. The phone is static and the wifi stalls. So far I am not a happy camper...
