A sales rep came to my house sold me some service i had cabel vision before but canseled due to wifi problem that they could not fix was told ne w company owns and prodact better so went forward with install and started having pro lems right away called had tecjs come back to house 6 times could not fix gave them abought 3 months to fix not abel to fix asked for a refund for the months i paid the gave me the runaround for abought 3 monrhs called maneger in office frank after speaking to told me he cant help me company pilicy is to screwyou after you signe up.and they also had the nerve to send me a colection notice couse i owed a few bucks on a service i had no acess to so i went back to ferizon paid a reinstall fee should have never left in the first place so im out a few hundredbucks from some criminal organization called optimum online aka cabelvision .looking to go to small claims court to recoup my money.

This is a review of Optimum Internet and Cable Service in Rockland County, not the store in West Nyack alone. Had service for 2 years and it is okay, but our bill went from $120/month up to $190/month in the past year. We were told we had to wait until this July to receive other promotions, since our old promotions were all running out. We waited the past five months to receive these promotions. On the phone, we were told the computer system would not allow us any other promotions. I asked about personal customer service with a representative and she told us both she and her supervisor had to follow whatever the computer system told them. We always paid our bill ahead of time and never had any problems. They treated us like they could care less about keeping us as customers!!!

No lines and plenty of reps. I was in and out within 5 minutes and my visit was pleasant. The tellers actually looked bored. Lol.
