People RUN dont WALK away from Time Warner but RUN ! 7 times tonight I and my 8 year old daughter would jump out of bed, shaking beyond believe, to the sound of the ANNOYING and INEFFECTIVE Emergency Broadcast System. I hate you Time Warner. There is nothing to enjoy in having you as a provider. I had you for the past 25 days and for the past 25 days we would jump out of bed at least 3 times every other night because it is the Weekly / Monthly Broadcast System; since it is Weekly / Monthly, then why in the world does this sound go off and triple the sound of my T.V. set for about 30 seconds,screaming the BUZZ , hurting the ears, on a daily basis ? Why would you do that to people ? Ridiculous and my daughter and I are still shaking and worried that the next one comes on tonight. She has school in the morning but is too afraid to fall asleep cause she has waken 7 times already. Tonight was the worse. As of tomorrow, no more Time Warner for us. We are changing back to Verzion Another thing is the bad internet speed and the minimal channel choices and Time Warner promised us so many channels for X amount of dollars and when the installer came , he informed us, thats not true , we had to pay more money for those choices. Good bye Time Warner. People RUN dont WALK away from Time Warner but RUN !

My internet is out constantly. They either fix it right before my scheduled service appointment so they dont have to come out and they threaten to charge me if everything is okay so I cancel, or they dont show up when I keep the appointment! Ive had way too much stress sitting on the phone with them and have used too much data while not having internet! Theyve done nothing to remedy the issue for more than a couple of days at a time and its never a service area issue. Youd think they would have replaced my modem by now or theyd take money off of my bill considering Im paying for a service I dont receive. Ill never use Spectrum again.

Time Warner started charging a rental fee for the modem. This motivated me to purchase my own better DOCSIS 3.0 modem since all the modems provided through Time Warner are DOCSIS 2.0 Time Warner wont even support a modem purchased by the customer so Im stuck with a slow outdated router. The only reason I use Time Warner is they have some kind of contract with my apartment building so no other service providers are allowed. No well informed customer would choose Time Warner. I have a friend who works for Time Warner and he tells people to avoid Time Warner!

Idiots behind the counter, and crap hardware for the customer. i love how it takes a year for my cable box to respond to remote control commands. Back to the idiots behind the counter...if you want your questions answered by a gay dude who is angry at the world and doesnt know a thing about any sort of tech, go here. i went in to try to get docsis 3.0 service(no one knew what that was) and got an attitude like i was the idiot. I want fios so i can call them up and troll then to death before i cancel. F them all.

New staff at the counter. Freindly knowledgeable. Sometimes their is a very long wait to exchange equipment. The company does not give you a credit if you exchange equipment verse having a technician come to the house. So choose the technician visit instead of wasting time on line. No late hours either. Time Warner stop raising your prices and provide better service.

Dont do it!!! Just getting them to do the install is a pain. I have taken 3 days off now, they keep failing to make the appointments. Then they tell me I can get a self installation kit but I would have to go back in the queue if it doesnt work out. What a way to treat your customers. I should have stayed with Verizon and DirectTV. These guys and the service sucks!!!

Time Warner, the internet services sucks. As of October 19, I will switch to Verizon, they have the best internet service. O and they charge you money for any little thing, your bill will not be exactly what they told you when you signed up. I am come from a big family and little by little everyone is switching to Verizon, better service.

Always long lines. Only two booths are open out of 4+ even when there is no space left inside for people waiting in line. You have to wait at least an hour to just drop off an equipment. Checked 3 days in a row - same story.
