The service is terrible and I would NEVER choose to keep Spectrum or Time Warner or whatever you want to call them... Sadly, they have a monopoly in my area and there is no one else that offers high speed internet in the area! Its corrupt and wrong! They can charge whatever they want and barely have to give you anything! I pay for the highest speed internet and I cannot even play a full video... If you can get Fios in your area, try them. Sadly, Im stuck with this horrible company...

They ruined my credit over a returned cable box. They are still trying to charge me for returned equipment they claim they never received. Who wants to pay 100 + monthly just to watch delusions. Not even the news is reality.Pay to view commercial television. America is so deluded. And T.W.C. NO STARS !! Get this- you cant post less you add a star!!!

Only reason I have them is Internet because they run a monopoly and its the best you can get. Which is hardly a good thing. Avg. 40mbps yet they say 100. Constant interruption with it shutting off. By far worst cable experience Ive had. The cable was awful so I switch to DirecTv. I wish verizon fios was Im the area Id drop them quick.
