TWC- Having enough patiences to wait on hold for an extended amount of time, is hard enough, but hearing the repetitive words of "how important " you are. ..can cause a lot of undesirable feelings. The wait is insultive enough; just play music, or silence; but stop the continous insults! On that note, TWCs word- is worthless! Unfortunately; after speaking with customers, Ive learned my complaints were just your everyday common business practices. Your customers expect you to automatically change your prices, without notification; and if they questioned it, they recieved an incredible story how they had been receiving a "promotional program" that was so not true. Yet, TWC was kind enough to reconfigure what packages were available, and at what rates, only to find that your current "jacked up price" is the best (deal) price. Your now back on a "promotional program"! What a business!(racket)! TWC...You really have lucked out having a monopoly in this area. Enough people will send in enough complaints for a business review, and your luck may run out soon! Have some integrity.

The internet and cable disconnect over a dozen times a day. You pay 200 dollars a month for cable and internet and the internet is snail slow. Like download speed 300kb/s when you pay for 2.0 mb/s. Total joke no wonder NY state sued them.
