When I lived in Syracuse, TWC was pretty good. Since I moved to Rome in 2012 it has been a nightmare and I have had nothing but bad experiences with them. The internet connection is consistently cutting out multiple times a day and the people I speak with regarding my service and my bill are rude and unhelpful. Also, my rate has been increased twice, both times WITHOUT my knowledge until I log in to pay my bill. I am totally unsatisfied and as of today am searching for a different internet provider. Save your money or youll be paying too much for a crappy unreliable service.

Now I will never defend TWC as a business and their over the phone customer service is the worst of any company I have ever seen. But all those problems do not apply to this store. Every time I have gone in these people have been very polite and courteous to me even when I was not to them. They have a lot more power to make payment arrangements than the over the phone reps do and they are a lot more knowledgeable about the products they sell. If every part of TWC was as good as these people are I might not hate them so much.

Loved Time Warner when I had it. Now where Im located they want 10k to run a line to my house. The majority of my neighbors, and Im sure the rest of the road would love to have your service instead of satellite everything (its the only thing available, I cant even get DSL). Satellite internet is basically useless, cant stand it. Hopefully soon you guys will realize that it would be worth your time looking into the road Im on.

Shittiest service you could ask for, the infrastructure here sucks so bad and they dont care enough about our smaller community. We dont a have choice and they know it so they offer us terrible pricing and tiny performance. In Hartford Connecticut they have 10x the download for the same price, literally. Now tell me how we arent getting ripped off here, exactly you because cant. There service is unreliable and sucks.

Would be 0 stars if I could this company is a big pos barely had internet phones cable work for the last month, had them come out and setup a new modem still disconnecting phone line, internet cable every 15-30 mins for up to 10 mins This is unacceptable do not do business with these people ever. They are garbage and will make you wait days for them to come out and "fix it" again.

Their service is absolute garbage. Although their staff is fine. Im not paying for friendly faces, Im paying for fast internet and they do not deliver in any way. Speeds are inconsistent, and at best very slow. They over charge if you want internet without tv, and lets be real here, NO ONE WANTS CABLE TV IN 2017!

If I could give the company 0 stars, I would. I have been a TWC customer for years and they have the worst customer service...EVER! U will pay and arm and a leg and the price will continue to rise. And now theres a bunch of extra equipment you will need, too. Absolutely horrible.

Internet stopped working during an area outage. Internet never came back. Company couldnt unfuck itself enough to send a tech out to my house. Im now moving to a service provider who will actually provide the service I pay for. If I could rate 0 out of 10 I would.
