Ive been with Time Warner/Spectrum for years! My bill went from $120 to $167 after the"promo" price expired! I tried to get them to renew the promo, or see if theyd offer a different one, but they refused. After ab 2 hrs total in the phone, I ended up with just internet service from them for $71 per month. Im gonna get satellite cable service. Either Direct TV, or Dish Network. Waaaaaaaay cheaper, and better packages! Sad that it had to go that way, but my pockets feel better! Peace Spectrum! You really know how to make the poor feel poorer! Terrible customer service!

25-30 people at times waiting for customer service (only 3 representatives) with only 2 chairs in waiting area at 10:30am! If you have nothing better to do with your time then wait, then I recommend it, but in my opinion, standing waiting for your turn for over an hour and a half is comoletely unacceptable to me! For the price paid every month, Spectrum should be able to afford additional staffing and chairs for their newly renovated facility!

Time Warner Cable is too expensive. People should be able to order the channels they want to watch because there are channels I never watch so why do I have them and why should I pay for them. The computer age we live in Im sure Time Warner can make that happen.

The day I was there the line was unbelievably long. Not enough workers and the ones that were there seemed to be in no hurry to move fast to get customers out quickly. When I left there was about 15 people still waiting.

The people there are friendly and they will work with you to help find the best cable and internet packages. Dont go on the first of the month cause it can get busy but the lines move fast.
