My Family used to like Cablevision called Optimum Cable TV , Internet, and Phone. My Family Loves it included me I love Cablevision which is Optimum. I missed them and I missed News 12 New Jersey. When we leave the house on South Logan Avenue in Trenton,NJ next to Elizabeth Avenue of Hamilton Border. My Family will switch from Verizon Fios to Cablevision Optimum. When we get a new house in Hamilton Township Mercer County New Jersey with the Zip Code 08610 we will get another New Cablevision Optimum DVR, Phone , and Internet so that we can all like the Cablevision included Wi-fi, News 12 New Jersey, Stuff like that, etc. I Like the Zip Code 08610 in Mercer County New Jersey more than any other Zip Code in Mercer County New Jersey. My Family will save up their house to buy new house and switch from Verizon to Cablevision which is Optimum to get their new homes in Hamilton Mercer New Jersey that can use Zip Code 08610 not 08620, 08619, 08690,not like that just 08610 and only 08610 zip code. My Family and I like Optimum Cablevision more than any other Cables in United States of America.

The absolute worst customer service and business policies, worse than cable in the 1980s. Everyone is polite and never rude and you will never get the same person and you will never get your problem addressed. But they will be very polite. Trust me, for the TV part go with DirecTV or Dish. For Internet you may have no choice, but I wouldnt give them anymore of your business if you dont have to. Six weeks and counting and they still cant get the account fixed, and I still cant get past a supervisor, of which they must have hundreds because you never get the same one twice. I dont think theres a single manager at this company, let alone a v.p. willing to step in and fix a simple problem. Seriously, simple.

I was forced to get optimum when I moved here, but Ive never had an issue since. Internet always worked fine and was fast. I had at minimum 5 devices using data constantly and never noticed any disruption. I had to come to the physical office twice and each time I was out within 5 minutes and the woman at the front desk was very polite and helpful.

Good to save on install if you know what youre doing. You can pick up and drop off equipment and pay your bill here. Well kept landscaping and great snow removal!
