incompetence would be an understatement for this company. Customer service is outrageous. I call to see about my bill with the Albany office and i have never been treated with such disrespect. time warner can thank Robert and Antwone from Albany for their very unprofessional customer service in losing a customer of 10 years! I pray to god you get some better representatives working for your company!

Spectrum sucks time warner was better their speed sucks they are always disconnecting cable and Internet 6 times in just the past hour today. Its too bad they are the only option. False advertising, thats for sure. New York State already sued them for it. They are a joke and if you were a time warner customer you didnt get the lower prices. But you sure did get a higher price with less service
