I came from OptimumOnline to MetroCast and now Blue Ridge, by far the worse QoS, pricier and tiered monthly data plan, we obviously need less Regulations so these companies can improve their networks and provide us with greater service, the regulations hurt them, we need to subsidise their infrastructure because these poor companies are struggling to do so, lets give them more of our Tax money so they can charge us more for crappier service or stuff their pockets with money and never improve the infrastructure while whining that they cannot provide more bandwidth, this has become ridiculous, but I blame those that think these retarded companies should be less regulated, get more subsidies and tax breaks, because theyre job creators. Too bad we dont have monopoly, otherwise I would be stuck with this ISP, oh wait, theyre the only one available, I wish I could go back to MetroCast.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I literally am trying to. The worst cable service I have had in 12 countries. The box freezes daily. They have no solution. The Internet signal needs to be refreshed weekly. They have no solution. The service blacks out in perfect summer weather. They have no solution. Please send us Verizon Fios, Optimum, or some real company so these assholes go out of business overnight. Oh, and they are over 200 dollars a month, like they are some real service or something. Pathetic.

They cant seem to fix anything. The internet was working on and off. They sent a tech out who said the modem was fine. The problem would be out by their unit at the road. The van was out there and left. We didnt know if they were done, or gone to get a part or equipment. The internet worked for 20 mins. Had to call them and go through their trouble shooting on the phone all over again. Now they are sending yet another technician. Maybe they need to spend some money on updating their lines.

Should be rated a 0/5. Their prices are way too high for the quality of service they provide (Drops constantly, slow internet speeds). They also charge for data overages which is absolutely ridiculous. The only reason they are able to do this with out ever changing anything is because they are the only game in town. I would instantly switch to any other cable provider if there was another that covered my area.

Ive had Verizon, Comcast, dish, and direct tv. Blue ridge is by far the best! I pay $104 a month for internet and cable and have a dvr (1 tv total) The customer service is amazing! We had an issue with our router and the tech was here first thing the next morning to replace it.

Im giving them 1 star because there is no way to give less than that. Just as expensive as any other cable company with none of the features, options, service, quality, choice or competency. The second Fios is available in my area I am gone.

Blue Ridge sucks signal sucks they dont get comcast network the second channel from Philadelphia sports internet speeds are slow and weak and the monopoly that the company has in our area that we cant get no other cable sucks

I have been with this company now for 8 years not by choice. Blue Ridge is a terrible company. Every 6 months the rates go up and we get screwed. The one thing I miss about living in nyc. We had choices.

Ridiculous prices for sub-par service. Slow internet and awful premium channel signals, they upsell to Tivo which is crap. $300 Fn dollars!!!!! Unfortunately there is no alternative to these ripoff artists.
