Being the only local cable company seems to give them a right to overcharge for their services. Oh, and forget about trying to get a special deal when your promo rate expires. They will tell you that the special rates are for new customers only... really? I have dropped them as my cable provider. And if my 10Mbps internet stays at half that speed for over $100.00 per month I am going to switch back to my local delivery for less than half that price.

Blue Ridge Communications is the only high speed internet provider in my area and it offers decent internet packages at an extremely high rate. Blue Ridge is able to make its customers overpay for plans they can get in the city for much cheaper. The internet also offers terrible upload speeds which is very disappointing.

Have plan with internet and tv. Constantly being throttled current internet speed it .22 mb/s when I am paying for 10x that. They are a third party host that is completely unnecessary. Do not recommend.
